    1. Stonewall Supply Company Ammo Giveaway Official Rules & Terms and Conditions NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
      1. Sponsor
      This giveaway is sponsored by Stonewall Supply Company (“Sponsor”). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform on which it may be promoted.
      1. Eligibility
      This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.
      1. Restricted Jurisdictions & Legal Compliance
      Due to state and local ammunition regulations and shipping restrictions, this giveaway is void in the following locations: California (CA) Connecticut (CT) Alaska (AK) New York (NY) New Jersey (NJ) Hawaii (HI) Washington, D.C. City of Chicago, Illinois Additional state, county, or municipal restrictions may apply. Sponsor reserves the right to determine eligibility based on the winner’s shipping address and applicable laws at the time of prize fulfillment. Entrants must be legally permitted to purchase, receive, possess, and use ammunition under all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Sponsor may require proof of eligibility prior to shipment. If a selected winner resides in a restricted or non-serviceable jurisdiction, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
       
      4.How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)
      To enter without making a purchase, participants must complete and submit the official online giveaway entry form during the giveaway period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate, incomplete, automated, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
      1. Giveaway Period
      The giveaway begins on January 19 and ends on January 25, at 11:59 PM (local time).
      1. Prize
      Two (2) winners will be selected. Each winner will receive one (1) bucket containing 500 rounds of 147-grain .300 Blackout ammunition. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $349.95 per prize Total ARV: $699.90 Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted.
      1. Winner Selection & Notification
      Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. Winners will be notified via email and must respond within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to respond within the stated timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
      1. Shipping & Fulfillment
      Prizes will be shipped to the winner’s home address where legally permitted. In jurisdictions where required, shipment may be made to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) designated by the winner. Sponsor is not responsible for carrier restrictions, shipping delays, or changes in law that prevent shipment. All shipments will comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
       
      9. Assumption of Risk & Liability Release
      By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Stonewall Supply Company from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the giveaway or from the use, misuse, or possession of the prize.
      1. General Conditions
      Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.
      1. Governing Law
      This giveaway shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
